The acting Inspector-General of Police, Ag. IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun has today engaged in a bilateral discussions with the President, Interpol, Major Gen. Nasir Ahmet Al-Raisi.
In a brief press statement by the Force PRO, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi and obtained by Trek Africa Newspaper stated that, “The Inspector-General of Police, Ag. IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun NPM, Ph.D, engaged in bilateral discussions with Interpol President Major Gen. Nasir Ahmet Al-Raisi and held a productive meeting with the Angolan Minister of Interior.”
According to the statement, “The focus was on tackling transnational crimes, enhancing border security, combatting cybercrime, and addressing other critical security issues.”
