The Council Leader of the Legislative Assembly Itire-Ikate LCDA, Hon. Hammed Oladipupo Idris today celebrated the Executive Chairman of the local council, Hon. Dr. Ahmed Olanrewaju Apatira on his birthday. Describing the council chairman as a versatile personality and political trailblazer, Hon.
