Mr. Mutero who is the Head of Strategy at Africa 24 Media noted: ‘President-Elect in my opinion needs to listen to Zambian Youth first’ in his response to what he believes should be the first to-do for the new leader of the Southern Africa country. In the same vein, George wants Zambian youths, nay African youths to match their unparalleled intellect with untainted integrity in order to make impact on the continent. He said: ‘Our Youths across the continent need to start using intellect in being part of the change narrative. We have amazing youths, if we are young men and women of integrity it will help being trusted for bigger responsibilities. This is what I think Zambian Youths need.’
The new President Hakainde Hichilema who got the presidency as standard bearer of United Party for National Development (UPND) has five years’ tenure renewable once to prove his mettle to the citizens of the 18-million-strong country.
