Today, I celebrate achievements, I celebrate progress, I celebrate humanitarian Mayor of accomplishment, I celebrate the man behind the newly transformed Somolu.
When you arrive Somolu through Onipanu, what you see is a secured community. If your route takes you to Bajulaiye/Fola-Agoro, that’s the area of the newly built ultramodern Primary Healthcare Centre. Akoka-Igbari is the area where community-oriented projects reside.
The printers and printing materials merchants in Akeju and the whole of Ijebutedo/Palmgrove can’t thank this man enough as the richly populated business area is now witnessing what we can refer to as industrial growth due to network of roads which has raised the value of properties to a class of business hub.
Since his assumption of office as the Council Chairman of Somolu Local Government, development, infrastructure and social welfare is what the commercial hub of Somolu is report of, even in the global cyberspace.
Join me to celebrate Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu, a peaceful leader, community lover, a pragmatic and solution oriented public office holder, as he add another year to his age.
