Caretaker Reportedly Kills Student of Nekede Over House Rent Disagreement

In a trending story, a student of Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri, simply identified as Anthony, has reportedly passed away after days in Coma upon getting hit with wood by the caretaker over house rent disagreement.
Soaznews confirmed that, the caretaker of Ezinwanne Lodge in Nekede, had told the deceased to renew his rent, but he pleaded for more time to settle his bills which led to hitted misunderstanding between the duo as the caretaker was alleged to have hit Anthony on the head with a wooden stick.

Anthony collapsed at the spot and was rushed to Federal Medical Center (FMC) Owerri where he was receiving medical attention until he was confirmed dead during the weekend.
So far, Nekede Students are calling for justice for the deceased, while the caretaker is reportedly cooling off in police custody.
Anthony until his death, was an ND1 student in the department of Building Technology in Federal polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, Imo State.
