ZENITH BANK’S BOARD APPROVES 2020 FINANCIAL RESULTS, FINAL DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of Zenith Bank Plc has approved the audited consolidated and separate financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020 and the payment of a final dividend, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
In a notification to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Zenith Bank said the exchange and investing public would be informed once the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is received.
